Fresh & Active Sourdough Starter

We’ve been making sourdough for a couple of years now, and I love how it can be as simple or as complicated as you’d like. With flour, water, salt, and a starter, you can make beautiful loaves, fresh bagels, sourdough discard crackers, pancakes, and more!

With each order, you will receive 100g of fresh sourdough starter, fed to order and ready to use, with basic starter feeding instructions.

Because the starter is alive, please let us know when you plan to pick it up by selecting the day that works best! You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup and your starter will be stored in a glass jar in the cooler on our farm stand (or the lower shelf if it’s cool enough outside) for you to pick-up at your convenience. Please note that the earliest we can have your starter ready is one day after you order.
