Fire Cider - The Ephemeral Collection

Oxymels quite literally translate to “honey & acid” - using apple cider vinegar and honey to extract various herbs and plants. Infused for over a month, each of our fire cider oxymel is crafted with farmer-sourced and home-grown ingredients including onions, garlic, ginger, hot peppers and fresh herbs. The result is a tangy, warming sipping vinegar that can be enjoyed on it's own when you feel a cold start to arrive, or incorporated into salad dressings or meat brines. 

The Ephemeral Collection features ultra-small-batch recipes aimed at capturing the ever-changing flavors of the seasons. As such, they are available while supplies last.
